Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.

Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 A.M.

All rooms have heat, air-conditioning, color cable TV. Linens and towels are provided. Centrally located guest telephones are available 24 hours/day for outgoing domestic calls. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, glasses, etc. to serve 20+. There is a dishwasher, an indoor grill, and an oversized outdoor BBQ grill. The dining room table seats 16 and there is a large outdoor picnic table.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT POLICY Reservations require a deposit of $1,000. 120 days prior to check in an additional payment must be received, so that the total deposit equals 50% of rental. The remaining balance, as well as a $1,000 security deposit is due at check-in. After checkout inspection, your security deposit will be refunded, less charges for damages, evidence of smoking, or excess cleaning costs, if any. Deposits are due in order to confirm your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY Reservations cancelled by January 1st are refundable in full. After December 31, cancellations made 120 days or prior to your reservation will be charged a $250 administration fee. For cancellations within 120 days of your reservation, if the property is rented for that week, all deposits will be refunded, less the $250 fee. Otherwise, no refunds, other than the security deposit, will be given for any departures on or before the guaranteed departure date for reasons including but not limited to illness, work conflicts or inclement weather. We encourage a stay of two or more weeks and will consider rentals of less than a full week during the off-season.

Directions

From New York, Connecticut and Rhode Island take I-95 to I-195 to Route 25 (Cape and Islands Exit) to Route 28 South at Bourne Bridge. Take Route 28 over the Bourne Bridge and South into Falmouth. From Boston take Route 3 South to Sagamore Bridge Circle. Exit on Route 6 West to Bourne Bridge Circle. Take Route 28 over the Bourne Bridge and South into Falmouth. Take Route 28 South from Bourne Bridge through 2 traffic circles, and make a left at the very first traffic light. You will now be on Jones Road. Continue on Jones Road through two more sets of traffic lights. Go straight past the CVS, which will go by on your right. You are then on Worcester Court. Take this road straight until you reach a flashing red light and a Do Not Enter sign. Make a right and then an IMMEDIATE left. Continue driving straight until you can go no farther and hit the ocean. Make a right onto Grand Avenue. The Grafton Inn will be a few houses down on your right. If you see the British Brewing Company you have gone too far.
